§ 2 purpose of the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT
The purpose of the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT is the promotion of the self implementation of hedonistic and alternative life concepts, the identification of new moral values and standards by questioning existing double standards of morality and creating an avant-garde, alive and free club culture in connection with music, art, sensibility and meaningful discussion aswell international erotic exchange.
Through events of different kinds (among others: club evenings, art exhibitions, theme evenings, music events, workshops, demonstrations, forums, etc.) the avant-garde club culture is to be made experiential and visceral as well as heterogeneous. Further, through public presentation of and exposure to eccentric and atypical cultures, social understanding and tolerance is to be awoken and expanded.

Active erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers are erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers who cooperate directly in the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT; promotion erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers are erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers who do not work actively within the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT and exercise no right to vote, but nevertheless promote and support the goals of the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT in some manner. The honourary erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers are appointees of the commitee who have earned recognition from the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT in some special way. This position is by appointment of the executive committee only.
§ 4 rights and obligations of the active erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers
The active erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers are entitled to participate in all events. They have the right to submit requests to the executive committee and the erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebership body at erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebership meetings. During these meetings their right to vote may only be exercised in person.
Active erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers are obligated to support the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT and the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT’s purpose to a reasonable degree at events as well as in the public sphere.
§ 5 beginning and end of erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebership
A person or company can become an active erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT meber on the recommendation of at least three active erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers. A written application for erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebership must be submitted to the executive committee, and approval is decided by a simple majority of votes. The executive committee is not committed to communicate refusal reasons to the applicant.
A person or company can become a promotion erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT meber by submitting a written request.
Erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebership ends by: voluntary withdrawal, effective immediately; or by exclusion (also effective immediately), if a erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT meber acts in a manner offensive to, or against the purpose of, the statute, orders, or the interests of association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT; or by the death or insolvency of the erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT meber.
In the case of a erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebership ending (regardless of grounds) all conditions of the erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebership relationship expire.
A restitution of donations or other support achievement is
in principle impossible.
§ 6 erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebership dues
The erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebership body decides on the rate erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebership dues, amounts of promotion, admission or investment fees.
§ 7 structure of the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT
The composition of the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT is:
1) the executive committee, consisting of
a) core executive committee, in accordance with § 26 BGB

§ 8 executive committee
The first and second chairmen can represent the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT alone, otherwise two erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers of the executive commitee can represent the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT together. The executive committee is elected by resolution of the erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers of the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT for the duration of five years and remains in office until the new election. The executive committee is responsible for leading the work of the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT; it can distribute an agenda, and can delegate special tasks to its erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers or use committees for their handling. The executive committee makes decisions with a simple majority if at least three erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers are present or agree in writing. In cases of equality of votes (lack of simple majority) the honorary chairman makes the final decision. Resolutions of the executive committee are laid down in minutes of the meeting and, if necessary, in the association erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT sheet to keep the erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers well-informed. Board meetings are called as required.
§ 9 meeting of the erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers
A statutory meeting of the erotic BAVARIAX VIDEOCHAT mebers takes place annually, if possible in the last quarter. § 10 right to vote
